ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my first State Farm agency in 2006 and expanded to a second location in 2023. Today, I lead a combined team of 25 across both offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I played professional football in the NFL for a year, an experience that helped shape my competitive mindset, discipline, and commitment to excellence. I'm a proud Kansas State graduate, have been married for 23 years, and am a father of four.
Our agency offers a 401(k) retirement plan, paid vacation days, licensing reimbursement, and flexible scheduling to help support work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where team members can build successful careers while maintaining flexibility outside of work.
We've built high-producing, competitive offices that thrive on structure, consistency, and proven systems. Much like a successful sports team, we believe that preparation, accountability, and everyone working toward a common goal are essential to achieving great results. Our team is driven to perform at a high level, and we take pride in maintaining a culture focused on excellence.
I'm looking for experienced professionals who bring determination, drive, and a strong desire to succeed. The right person will be competitive, motivated by results, and comfortable working within established systems while continuously striving to improve. If you're ready to challenge yourself, contribute to a high-performing team, and build your career in an established, successful agency, we'd love to meet you.
